Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to help design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs for evolving regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations & key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting observations and explaining results to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize privacy programs, including policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Support privacy technology platforms (DSAR automation, data inventories, consent management).
• Map data flows and identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and technical solutions.
• Lead or support privacy assessments and reporting for client engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear, thorough documentation and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate project scope and findings to client stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction.
