TalentRemedy seeks a Program Analyst III, Senior-Level Privacy Analyst in Washington, DC. The role conducts investigative research, analyzes business systems, and develops detailed program plans and documentation for senior leadership.
Preferred credentials include CIPP and OSINT experience; a Top Secret eligibility clearance is required. Leadership of junior analysts and open-source investigations are key aspects.
Washington, DC The Program Analyst III conducts investigative and legal research and reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify business processes and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities Provides guidance and direction to subordinates regarding program tasks and projects
Serves as an analyst assisting the Site Lead on the effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery
Develop specific program planning data that incorporates cost; researching and validating planning, scheduling and cost projections provided by supporting or higher organizations; and organizing historical or trend data.
Develop detailed program strategy and background documentation when needed
Provide experienced advice and guidance to senior leadership
Provide project management/administrative support and coordination to the program
Create and maintain analyses and reports
Provides guidance and direction to Junior Analysts on program tasks and projects
Performs quality control on work products prior to submission
Performs day-to-day program analyst actions, including short lead suspense assignments
Supports data entry of program-related information into various types of software
Prepares PowerPoint presentations
Documents, organizes, and tracks the numerous tasks, reports, data requests, memos, formal letters, and other types of documentation
Conducts open-source and software-assisted data collection, investigation, and analysis
Maintains performance metrics, performs reviews, quality assurance for errors, missing or incorrect data format, timeliness, schedules, and submittals
Perform detailed review and preparation of open-source reports
Prepares materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
Prepares memos and letters
Assists with office administrative requirements such as training records, requests for building passes, calendars, and events
Other similar tasks assigned
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Law, or Information Technology required.
8+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role
