gpac is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Technology Attorney in Colorado to handle advisory and transactional work in data privacy, AI and technology.

The role emphasizes ownership, direct client relationships and a sustainable practice, with a compensation range of $150,000–$200,000 base plus bonus opportunities. This is a non-litigation, high-level practice focusing on sophisticated privacy matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of meaningful privacy, cybersecurity, AI or related technology-law experience.
• Experience from a sophisticated law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international privacy requirements.
• Experience with privacy/technology contracting.
• Colorado admission or willingness to become admitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide privacy and cybersecurity compliance counseling.
• Assist with AI governance, compliance and contracting.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, data-processing, technology and commercial agreements.
• Advise on product development and data-use counseling.
• Support privacy programs, policies and internal governance.
• Handle incident-response planning and breach matters.
