gpac is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Technology Attorney in Colorado to handle advisory and transactional work in data privacy, AI and technology.

The role emphasizes ownership, direct client relationships and a sustainable practice, with a compensation range of $150,000–$200,000 base plus bonus opportunities. This is a non-litigation, high-level practice focusing on sophisticated privacy matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of meaningful privacy, cybersecurity, AI or related technology-law experience.
• Experience from a sophisticated law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international privacy requirements.
• Experience with privacy/technology contracting.
• Colorado admission or willingness to become admitted.

Responsibilities

Data Privacy & Technology Attorney

A highly regarded Colorado business law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join an established data privacy, AI and technology practice.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated, national-caliber work without the burdens of Big Law. The firm was built by attorneys with large-firm backgrounds around a different approach to practice: excellent legal work, practical business counseling, meaningful attorney autonomy, and a sustainable career.

Bonus eligibility begins at 1,300 billable hours.

The Practice

This is an advisory and transactional role-not litigation. Work includes:

• Privacy and cybersecurity compliance counseling
• AI governance, compliance and contracting
• SaaS, data-processing, technology and commercial agreements
• Product development and data-use counseling
• Privacy and cybersecurity issues in M&A transactions
• Privacy programs, policies and internal governance
• Incident-response preparedness and breach matters

Clients include technology, SaaS, life sciences and other sophisticated growth-oriented companies.
