CCL Healthcare in Clinton, SC seeks an experienced press operator to operate gravure, combination, flexo or coater presses in a high-quality manufacturing setting. You will follow SOPs, monitor quality, assist with setup, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience on 6-9 color presses, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with ISO quality systems and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years operating a 6-9 color printing press in a high quality manufacturing environment.
• Experience with multiple substrates including film.

Responsabilités

• Operate gravure, combination, flexo or coater presses proficiently and in accordance with operating procedures and customer requirements.
• Effectively demonstrates technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Prepare press with specified tooling, inks, material, and operating controls.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping and keep floors and equipment clean and orderly.
• Maintain and monitor in-line verification system.
• Ensure press is operating within specifications and communicate with others.
• Work as part of a team responsible for machine preventive maintenance, 5S and safety.
• Use troubleshooting to identify machine issue root causes.
• Access quality documents and process guidelines from QCBD system.
• Dispostion rolls in SMART system and produce error-free transactions.
• Perform in-line quality verification and adhere to ISO quality plan.
