Job summary

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is seeking an Experienced Print Operator to review job instructions and perform finishing operations on a wide range of substrates, ensuring high-quality printed products.

You will mount, laminate, trim, cut, sew and grommet materials, operate finishing equipment, and collaborate with teammates to maintain accuracy and timely production. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask across multiple projects.

• In-depth knowledge of large format print production operations.
• Strong understanding of substrate properties and finishes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Review job instructions and perform finishing operations.
• Mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, sewing, and grommeting of printed material.
• Ensure supplies are available and reorder as needed.
• Operate digital router/cutter and other finishing machines.
• Work with a wide range of substrates to produce high-quality printed products.
