Responsibilities

• Maintain constant phone contact with vendors to secure best pricing.
• Prepare Print and Mailshop estimates within 24–48 hours of receiving specifications.
• Coordinate all paperwork for quotes and customer estimates.
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Production Manager to schedule projects.
• Maintain organized Print and Mailshop files for reference.
• Stay current with pricing changes affecting products and methods.
• Back up for Pre-Press and Customer Service, and assist Sales.
