Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD).
• Proven 14+ years with BS / 10+ with MS / 7+ with PhD in semiconductor yield engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategies for new semiconductor technologies in the fab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer tech to production.
• Design experiments to characterize processes and identify yield limits.
• Analyze yield data and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop yield models to predict and optimize performance.
• Manage yield improvement projects with milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers in yield analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies with suppliers.
