Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Lead to run IFC Management on the AISR&T program in Rancho Bernardo, CA. You will lead technical program activities across systems engineering, integration/test, and PM functions, coordinating scope, schedules, and content with multiple teams.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience coordinating complex, cross-disciplinary projects. Eligibility includes a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher (or Continuous Evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IFC scope, content, and entry/exit criteria with engineering and program leadership.
• Align IFC builds with milestones, lab/flight events, and customer deliveries; track readiness and close gaps.
• Support PI planning by defining objectives, dependencies, and commitments mapped to IFCs.
• Act as technical focal between systems, software, hardware, network, cyber, and labs for end-to-end alignment.
• Develop and maintain integrated IFC/PI plans and schedules; communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Track readiness across requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing; drive closure of gaps.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and reporting on schedules and technical roadmaps using enterprise tools.
