Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Security Engineer to lead security engineering for Anti-Tamper and CyberSecurity across hardware and software.

This on-site role requires collaboration with government and program teams to protect warfighter systems. You will develop secure architectures, perform risk analyses, and ensure compliance with US Government policies while supporting export controls and technology release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field with 8 years of related experience.
• Two (3) years of Systems Engineering experience with DoD platforms, sensors and/or sub-systems.
• Two (3) years of experience in requirements development, derivation, system integration & test and validation and verification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full life cycle Systems Engineering development experience in Anti-Tamper and/or Cybersecurity.
• Support hardware/software Anti-Tamper and/or CyberSecurity techniques and countermeasures.
• Ensure compliance with US Government policies and security testing analyses.
• Conduct analyses to validate security requirements and develop safeguards.
• Collaborate with US Government and program teams on Anti-Tamper/CyberSecurity solutions for export markets.
