Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years.
• Proven ownership of high-consequence hardware through design, qualification and production readiness.
• Experience decomposing system requirements into interfaces and verification evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification, qualification, environmental and live-fire test activities.
• Balance safety, manufacturability, cost and schedule in engineering decisions.
• Manage interfaces among energetic payloads and weapon platforms.
• Provide technical reviews and mentor engineers in disciplined practice.
