Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) in a related field and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and ConOps development, capability and feature elaboration, and program increment support
• Development experience on a government contract
• Experience with Agile principles and Agile roles such as Scrum Master / Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Elaborate capabilities and features, define system interfaces and validate them with the test team
• Analyze and define system operations by creating use cases
• Automate test procedures and analyses to support integration and test programs
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and drive solutions to closure
• Manage the team's backlog and capacity during each program increment
• Support EVMS implementation and execution
• Collaborate with program management and engineering teams on scope, schedule, and budget
• Investigate system anomalies to identify root causes
• Attend technical reviews and interchanges in support of the program
