Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the United States (Alabama) to oversee ARR-7000, MFMS-1000, and TSS Product Lines. You will lead a cross-functional team daily, coordinating with engineering and project management to ensure product and program success.

The role requires a STEM degree with 7–10+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, plus DO-178 or equivalent certification experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• DO-178 or similar certification-based development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team daily and coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure success of the product and program.
• Define product line roadmaps and drive funding to ensure readiness for the next mission as part of AOP/SFP planning.
• Manage quality, cost, scheduling and scope while navigating team dynamics.
• Oversee large or complex projects with focus on risk management and resource optimization.
