Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Master’s or PhD with fewer years may qualify.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Decompose requirements into detailed specs with end-to-end traceability.
• Develop functional architectures, use cases, and concepts of operations for cruise-missile subsystems.
• Lead hardware-in-the-loop, developmental flight, and test integration across software/hardware.
• Create technical roadmaps and integration plans for the TMRR phase.
• Identify and mitigate program risks with risk-management plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and ensure standards adherence.
• Produce design reviews, trade studies, interfaces, and requirements baselines.
• Support proposal development and bases of estimate for TMRR efforts.
