Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Engineer to support the Office of the Chief Engineer's IT Solutions team at our Melbourne, FL campus. The role focuses on architecting and delivering the Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) and leading MBSE efforts across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Systems Engineering, Architecture, or Defense IT.
• Experience with MBSE and program-level IT architecture.
• Security clearance at Secret level or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT technical baseline and deliver the SEMP.
• Apply MBSE using Cameo, Orbus, or equivalent; produce program-grade models.
• Lead and prepare program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR) for IPT and government customers.
• Architect and implement scalable IT solutions across on-premises, co-location, and cloud environments.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into the DEE; enable data pipelines and predictive analytics.
