Job summary

DAn Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to support enterprise desktop engineering for a government customer. This role focuses on engineering, deploying, securing, and maintaining Windows, macOS, and Linux desktop environments while complying with security standards.

You will implement endpoint strategies, maintain DISA-approved media and SHB, deploy security updates, and manage AD/GP and imaging with PowerShell tooling and PSADT.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification compliance.
• Extensive experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS endpoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise Windows systems.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi and vSphere.

This position focuses on engineering, deploying, securing, and maintaining Windows, Apple, and Linux desktop environments while ensuring compliance with established security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement endpoint engineering strategies aligned with enterprise technology roadmaps.

• Maintain DISA-approved Windows installation media and Secure Host Baselines (SHB).

• Package, test, and deploy Windows and Microsoft Office security updates.

• Develop and maintain configuration guides and technical documentation.
