Qualifications

• Must have a degree in STEM or an Advanced Degree with relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to specific programs.
• Ability to obtain FAA and/or DoD clearance is necessary.
• Experience with design, integration, and test of PSR and MSSR.
• Proficiency in IBM DOORS, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience generating technical documentation and executing briefings.
• Experience in system and subsystem integration and testing.
• Familiarity with MATLAB for data analysis.
• Experience using RF test equipment.
• Prior experience leading engineering teams.
