Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years of facility management, O&M leadership, engineering, energy management or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing processes for final solution meeting P3 requirements.
• Provide design-assist input from facility operations and lifecycle perspective for cost efficiency.
• Develop compelling business cases for proposed scopes of work.
• Lead and manage large, strategic projects from inception to Financial Close.
• Prepare detailed O&M, lifecycle and transition cost estimates for submittals.
