You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage subcontracts while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies. Strong supplier management, cross-functional collaboration, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are valued. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP/MRP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration, and closeout.
• Assess supplier performance and provide regular feedback to leadership.
• Manage supplier performance across the subcontracting lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
