Slalom is a technology and consulting firm seeking a Senior Principal to lead supply chain strategy and transformation for clients across industries, with a focus on sourcing and procurement. You will design future-state models, drive value, and collaborate with executives to align priorities across the value chain.

You will mentor junior teammates, advance digital enablement, analytics, and sustainability, travel about 25% as required, and help expand Slalom’s supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through supply chain optimization and transformation in highly regulated, quality-sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience with supply chain cost modeling, network optimization, and service level analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or specialized solutions like LIMS, MES, and serialization platforms.
• Bonus points for experience in digital supply chain initiatives (e.g., AI/ML forecasting, control towers), value-based care models, or pharma commercialization supply support.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across different industries, particularly Sourcing and procurement domain.
• Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.
• Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models that align with clinical, commercial, and operational priorities across the value chain.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement, including adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and sustainability practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities and market presence.
• Travel requirement: ~25% depending on project needs
