Job summary

SAIC's Solutions & Technology group seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. The role will report to the Intel Space CTO and act as a cornerstone for capture and proposal efforts, translating complex government requirements into compelling technical solutions.

The position supports a hybrid work model in the DC metro area and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. Responsibilities include leading technical solution development for new captures,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.
U.S. Citizens only.
18+ years in systems engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience with defense government customers.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solution development for new captures and proposals.
Author and develop technical volumes and solution narratives from concept to completion.
Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across domains.
Collaborate with capture managers, business development leads, and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
Drive technical innovation by integrating emerging technologies into proposed solutions.
Develop solution architectures including system designs and implementation roadmaps.
Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities.
Support cost and pricing by providing technical basis of estimates and WBS.
Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and government priorities within the Intel domain.
