Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking experienced Solution Engineers (Senior and Principal) to drive pre-sales for our Salesforce practice. This remote role partners with Sales and Delivery to uncover needs, design cloud-based solutions, develop estimates, and craft compelling proposals and contracts for multi-cloud deals.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to CoE improvements, stay current with Salesforce features, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales roles with Salesforce knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives.
• Proven ability to craft tailored solutions and estimates.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for multi-cloud deals, including data migration and integrations.
• Partner with Sales to run discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Own solution design, proposals, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop ROMs with clear assumptions and deliverables.
• Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce partners and internal CoEs.
