Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering, including senior ownership.
• Experience architecting CI/CD and infrastructure platforms used across teams.
• Strong CI/CD experience with popular tools.
• Deep proficiency with IaC and at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience defining observability/monitoring strategies.
• Regular, hands-on use of AI to enhance DevOps tasks and tooling.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with cost-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for CI/CD, infrastructure, and AI delivery platform.
• Improve developer experience as a long-term product with its own roadmap.
• Define reusable templates and standards leveraging AI tooling.
• Lead the use of AI in daily workflows and cost-aware practices.
• Design CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, validation, and rollback.
• Establish IaC and GitOps across clouds.
• Drive AI tooling adoption and measure impact on quality and velocity.
• Define observability strategy and apply AIOps to reduce MTTR.
• Embed secure AI use and guardrails across the delivery lifecycle.
• Set reliability practices (SLOs, DORA metrics) and optimize cost.
