One Call seeks a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to drive architectural decisions and deliver high-quality software across legacy and modern .NET ecosystems. You will guide teams, design scalable solutions, and contribute hands-on code while shaping engineering practices and CI/CD maturity.

The role emphasizes leadership without direct people management, with a home-based, remote-friendly work environment and a focus on delivering reliable, observable software in healthcare-related workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building enterprise .NET applications (C#) in client/server environments.
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases and services.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability patterns.
• Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, claims processing, or regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple apps/services in .NET and SQL.
• Provide hands-on guidance to teams across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks.
• Deliver high-quality code in .NET frameworks and modern .NET Core.
• Elevate engineering practices through code reviews, pairing, and CI/CD standards.
• Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and supporting tooling.
