You'll own high‑impact work, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and SRE to deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive architectural leadership for large SaaS products.
• 12+ years engineering experience in architecture at scale.
• Experience designing multi-tenant, API-first SaaS systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production products.
• Experience in technical due diligence for M&A.
• Cloud & platform expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure); container orchestration.
• Strong SRE, observability, and secure architecture for customer data.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define Ready SMB architecture to support 55K+ customers and $1.2B revenue target.
• Lead AI integration patterns and MLOps requirements.
• Oversee technical due diligence and post‑close integration for acquisitions.
• Set platform standards for cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and drive architecture reviews and decision records.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Security, SRE, and Sales.
