Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation seeks a Principal to lead environmental consulting efforts in the Environment and Health team. You will blend technical site investigation/remediation leadership with business development to grow client relationships and opportunities in the Americas.

The role requires senior expertise, effective project management, and a commitment to sustainable change. You will work across sites, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, and drive delivery excellence while

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering or related environmental science discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting focusing on site investigation and remediation.
• Proven business development track record and client relationship growth.
• Relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and build client relationships.
• Manage projects, clients, staff, and regulatory agency relations.
• Review project needs against local, state, federal environmental regulations and communicate findings.
• Oversee project delivery with senior review of deliverables; ensure on-time, profitable execution.
• Serve as a role model to ensure health, safety, and security of our people.
