Responsibilities

• Lead complex semiconductor technology and product development programs from concept to high‑volume production.
• Own end‑to‑end program execution including scope, schedule, resources, and milestones.
• Develop plans aligning technical objectives with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Provide executive-level visibility into progress, risks, and impact.
• Drive governance and stage-gate processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
