Qualifications

• Experience leading New Product Introduction and technology readiness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of development lifecycles, manufacturing operations, yield, and reliability processes.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex semiconductor technology and product development programs from concept to high-volume production.
• Own end-to-end program scope, schedule, resources, and milestones across multiple teams.
• Develop plans aligning technical objectives with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Govern programs through milestone reviews, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
• Ensure multiple concurrent programs stay aligned with priorities and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
