Job summary

Clarity Innovations is seeking a Senior Principal Security Researcher to provide advanced technical leadership for vulnerability research and reverse engineering efforts. You will remain hands-on while guiding investigations through ambiguous technical problems and delivering capabilities that support customer-authorized objectives.

You will lead research efforts with a major impact on the research function and departmental results.

Qualifications

• Advanced vulnerability research and reverse engineering with ownership of complex investigations.
• Experience with reverse engineering tools (Ghidra, IDA, Binary Ninja).
• Strong Linux networking and kernel understanding; proficient in C and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex research from strategy to delivery with clear priorities.
• Perform static/dynamic analysis across systems and environments.
• Guide vulnerability discovery, root-cause analysis, exploit development, and mitigations.
• Improve research processes, tooling, and practices; coach others.
