In this role, you will:

1. Design security architectures based on adversary threat analysis and countermeasure proposals.
2. Implement and test security countermeasures following U.S. Government guidance.
3. Work with Security State of the Art (S-SOTA) technologies.
4. Deliver sophisticated, defense-in-depth security solutions to our customers.

This position requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility due to the need for in-person collaboration and the sensitive nature of the work.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience. Critical skills include:

• Writing System Requirements
• Defining System Architectures
• Integrating Hardware and Software
• Validating and Verifying solutions

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Experience in areas such as cryptographic algorithms, configuring security features of COTS S-SOTA components, firmware development for FPGAs, secure coding practices, security protocols, and Model-Based Systems Engineering using Cameo or MagicDraw.

**Pay Range:** $150,370 - $255,630, based on market data and individual qualifications.
