Qualifications

• Ph.D./M.S./B.S. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Hands-on mammalian cell line development experience for therapeutics.
• Experience leading scientific teams and IND/BLA submissions.
• Familiar with CHO, HEK, NS0 expression systems and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency with statistical DOE and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of mammalian cell lines and microbial strains.
• Manage vector construction, screening, transfection, and cell line development activities.
• Oversee recombinant protein characterization (ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE, Western blot).
• Provide scientific and operational leadership to a team of scientists and associates.
• Support IND/BLA documentation and broader CMC submissions.
• Drive strategic initiatives, evaluate new platforms, and manage budgets.
