CNA Corporation seeks a highly skilled analyst to independently tackle a broad range of complex analytic problems for sponsors/clients. You will routinely lead work and mentor staff, delivering high-quality analyses that strengthen CNA's reputation.

You will serve as an expert in a field, develop institutional knowledge of clients, and shape new work for existing and new sponsors. Strong communication to senior leaders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to solve complex problems for clients.
• Ability to lead development and shaping of new work for existing and new sponsors.
• Ability to supervise program and project operations, planning and directing all aspects of the effort.

• Work independently on a wide range of non-traditional analytic problems of increasing complexity.
• Lead projects and support development of other staff.
• Operate as an expert within CNA and enhance CNA's reputation with clients.
• Pursue business development opportunities and develop new clients/sponsors.
• Shape how sponsors think about issues and deliver changes.
• Communicate complex analytic results clearly to sponsors and senior leaders.
• Distribute responsibilities and mentor staff; build internal and external networks.
• Interact with senior levels in government and the parent corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
