Job summary

CNA Analysis and Solutions seeks experienced researchers to produce high-quality analyses on complex problems, under limited supervision. You will develop deep knowledge of major sponsors, mentor staff, and support business development by proposing new ideas and securing follow-on work.

Role requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) and 5+ years in research, with proficiency in R/Python and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in research and analysis.
• Experience in R, Python, or other similar programming language; interactive visualizations, GUIs, and modeling/simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytic projects with limited direction and supervision.
• Develop institutional knowledge of primary clients/sponsors and mentor new staff.
• Support business development efforts and client engagement, including developing new project ideas.
