Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Software Engineer Senior Principal in Reliability Engineering to design resilient store systems, payments, and COM platform. You will guide multiple teams and drive cost-aware, self-healing architectures across the enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, lead portfolio-wide initiatives, and partner with vendors to ensure interoperability while optimizing cloud usage and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Agile/Lean development teams.
• Expertise in at least two THD IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads portfolio level meetings to maintain alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Mentors and coaches direct reports; conducts reviews and development plans.
• Defines technology solutions and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
