• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6 years.
• Must currently hold a US Government Secret level security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, quality engineering, software testing.
• 3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives as a senior contributor or quality lead.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (UI, API, performance, regression).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise‑wide software testing and quality engineering standards.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting for reliability and release confidence.
• Lead design and implementation of testing frameworks and best practices across applications.
• Champion shift-left testing and quality‑by‑design throughout the SDLC.
• Provide guidance to product, engineering, and operations on quality topics.
