This onsite, full-time role focuses on procedure governance, document control, and QMS support to ensure compliant operations across the site. The candidate should hold a Bachelor\'s (8+ years) or Master\'s (6+ years) in Engineering/Quality/Science, with experience in quality systems and audits, and be proficient with Word, PDF docs, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering/Quality/Science or related field with extensive experience.
• Experience in quality systems, compliance, document control, manufacturing quality, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating controlled procedures and document updates.
• Experience integrating comments, redlines, and live edits into final documents with accuracy.
• Experience supporting audits, RCCA, discrepancy investigation, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procedures and document activities to keep operations accurate, current, and compliant at the Sunnyvale site.
• Coordinate updates with procedure owners to maintain document quality and control.
• This full-time onsite role requires campus engagement, cross-functional coordination, and strong attention to detail.
• Support QMS execution through procedure governance, document control, audit readiness, compliance support, and continuous improvement aligned with ISO 9001.
