Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in engineering, PM, sustainment, proposals, contracts or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify, orchestrate, coordinate, and control the program management activities for the IPT.
• Oversee cost and schedule performance for complex technical projects across multiple systems and technologies.
• Develop and adhere to the budget baseline using Earn Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Initiate, develop, and execute cost and schedule baselines satisfying program requirements.
• Support Risk, Issue, and Opportunity processes to address challenges.
• Oversee and manage ongoing projects, reviewing statuses, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Craft mechanisms to monitor progress and facilitate problem solving with project managers and clients.
• Manage TE/proposal development, including writing responses and coordinating with contracts and pricing teams.
• Develop content and manage operational aspects with PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
