Job summary

IFS seeks a Principal Project Manager to lead strategic ERP implementations, owning scope, resources, and delivery across projects. You will drive executive alignment, governance, and revenue realization while engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, R&D, and consulting to optimize outcomes, with hybrid work options and a global impact through the Moment of Service.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects (full lifecycles).
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders (Principal to Senior Principal).
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Solid knowledge of IFS Software.
• Experience delivering IFS Consulting Services.
• Agile project delivery experience is a plus.
• Prince2 or PMP certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a recognized authority on IFS contract structures.
• Develop and oversee enterprise-level project strategies.
• Lead large-scale, high-impact projects and optimize resources.
• Establish advanced project governance with financial controls.
• Provide executive reporting to the Project Steering Group and senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among PMs, architects, and leads.
