Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, is seeking a Program Manager in Nashville to coordinate CI/CD and deployment workflows across OCI teams. You will turn evolving requirements into execution plans, identify dependencies and risks, and support scalable agentic engineering with governance and compliance.

You will partner with engineers, product managers, SREs, and security to define milestones and success metrics, track progress, and drive practical follow-through in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program/product/engineering operations in a technical setting.
• Experience coordinating software delivery, CI/CD, release engineering, or similar programs.
• Ability to work with engineering teams, understand workflows, risks and tradeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with precise documentation.
• Collaborative, data-informed approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery plans for CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment initiatives.
• Partner with engineers, PMs, SREs, security, and compliance to define milestones and readiness criteria.
• Track execution, identify risks early, and drive follow-through on decisions and actions.
• Support automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual work.
• Operationalize safeguards for AI- and agent-assisted engineering with approvals and policy controls.
• Manage rollout and change-management across distributed OCI environments.
• Use signals to improve predictability, developer experience, and deployment success.
