Qualifications
- 8+ years in a product owner/business systems analyst/product management role
- Experience defining/managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
- US citizenship and ability to obtain SAP
- Experience with enterprise project controls platforms
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the backlog for the project controls suite prioritizing by business value
- Translate roadmaps into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Interface between stakeholders, developers, analysts, and support teams
- Gather and synthesize requirements from leadership, schedulers, risk managers
- Lead backlog grooming and release planning across integrated applications
- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered capabilities
- Track delivery outcomes and drive continuous improvement
