Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior Product Leader to own the AI Agents portfolio. You will define the company-wide product vision, set a strategic roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution from ideation to market launch.

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience with AI technologies.
Ability to define product vision and influence company-level strategy beyond a single product.
Strong customer empathy to uncover true needs.
Strong commercial acumen for monetization and business impact.
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and set clear priorities.
Technical fluency with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
Excellent communication, sound judgment, and collaborative mindset.
Balance long-term strategy with detailed product decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and own the company-wide product vision and roadmap for AI Agents.
Lead AI Agent offerings from concept through launch and scale.
Develop business cases, identify target customers, and monetize value propositions.
Align cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and GTM.
Set success metrics for value, adoption, and revenue across portfolio.
