Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced product leader or engineer to build internal AI agents and the systems that power them. You will define how agents access company data, design MCP integrations, and drive end-to-end workflows across production software.

A strong background in B2B SaaS, AI tooling, and scalable product development is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, building robust AI-enabled platforms, and shaping how humans and agents

Qualifications

Five to fifteen years of experience in B2B software product roles.
Proven ability to ship production software and AI tooling.
Experience at fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI startups launching technical products.
STEM degree from a highly regarded university; founder or early product hire a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and ship internal AI agents that contribute to production software and knowledge bases.
Define context architecture and sources of truth; keep docs synchronized with systems.
Design MCP connections enabling internal tools to be used by agents.
Create evaluation suites; monitor agent behavior and iterate improvements.
Develop infra, interfaces, and operating models for human–agent collaboration.
