Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum six years’ experience in industrial power line systems and design.
• Knowledge of IEEE, ACSE, ACI code requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate complex power line systems and foundations.
• Lead and mentor engineers, technicians and drafters within the team.
• Develop design specifications and bid packages for external services.
• Analyze performance and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and external engineering vendors.
