Job summary

Oracle seeks a Lead Principal Product Manager to own a major strategic product area spanning AI/ML, Cloud Native, and Dedicated Cloud. You’ll translate strategic signals into a clear strategy and lead execution across organizations, driving production readiness and scalable capabilities.

You will build deep relationships with executives, work with Engineering on scalable solutions, and guide roadmaps from conception through launch.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in product management, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced technical degree valued.
• Proven success owning product strategy, roadmaps, releases, and operational quality for business-critical products.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or Dedicated Cloud environments.
• Experience engaging with large strategic customers and building trusted relationships at CxO and senior leadership levels.
• Ability to operate independently on complex cross-organizational initiatives; manage risks and tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical, commercial, written, presentation, and executive communication skills; use data to guide roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Align development with strategic-customer needs and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Build relationships with strategic customer executives to understand priorities and requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable capabilities with reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead design-partner, early-adopter, and beta programs to validate direction and deployments.
• Translate insights into product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps; produce documentation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to adoption with clear ownership and risk management.
• Maintain view of AI/ML and cloud competitive landscape to sharpen differentiation.
• Provide leadership with clear roadmap recommendations and strategic tradeoffs.
• Enable field with architectures, deployment patterns, collateral, and executive narratives; represent OCI with customers.
