Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9+ years designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud infra.
• 9+ years with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• 9+ years deploying microservices on Kubernetes with modern cloud-native tech.
• 7+ years programming in Python and/or Go.
• Strong expertise in architecture, reliability, performance, security, observability, and dev tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term technical vision and architecture for developer platforms and tooling.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable infra for enterprise-scale operations.
• Write platform software and set standards for maintainability, performance, and security.
• Lead complex, business-critical systems with cross-functional impact.
• Act as primary technical leader for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to long-term architectural principles.
• Establish reusable frameworks and reference architectures to boost quality and productivity.
• Provide expert code reviews and mentorship to raise engineering standards.
