Clarity Innovations is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Engineer to design and run our on-prem Kubernetes platform used company-wide. You will own the internal provisioning tool as a product and maintain clusters, storage, networking, and hardware to keep the platform healthy.

In an XP-driven team, you will pair with engineers daily, releasing small, tested increments while advancing security, compliance, automation, and reliability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building internal tooling and software products.
• Strong collaboration skills within XP teams and with engineers.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cluster provisioning and capacity planning.

Responsabilités

• Own the provisioning tool as a software product.
• Deploy and manage on-prem Kubernetes clusters and underlying infra.
• Ensure security, IAM, policy-as-code and patching across platforms.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform/Pulumi.
• Collaborate in planning, stand-ups and pair programming in XP context.
