Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant for .NET fullstack development with robust backend expertise in Node.js, .NET and frontend mastery in Angular/Vue/React. The role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native microservices and REST APIs, integrating CI/CD, and guiding squads through modern SDLC practices.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure security and performance across enterprise applications, embracing DevOps and Grafana monitoring

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in backend development using Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, Angular, Vue.js.
• Experience building microservices in a cloud-native environment.
• Proficiency with React for frontend development.
• Knowledge of Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC activities from requirements to deployment and support.
• Architect and develop robust backend services using Node.js and .NET Framework/Core.
• Develop responsive web apps using Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive code quality through reviews and industry best practices.
• Mentor development teams and guide technical growth.
• Lead modernization from legacy apps to cloud-native architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated testing.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability and reliability.
• Knowledge of Grafana.
