Job summary

Bitdeer seeks a Principal Kubernetes Control Plane Engineer to architect a scalable AI-native NeoCloud control plane. You will build highly available, automated systems to manage thousands of Kubernetes control planes, enabling zero-downtime upgrades and seamless multi-cluster federation.

Lead the chassis design for high-performance AI workloads, balancing distributed systems demands with enterprise-grade reliability and security. Experience shaping cloud-native architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Go development and production-grade software engineering experience.
• Extensive Kubernetes ecosystem knowledge including Operators and CRDs.
• Experience building scalable, multi-tenant cloud-native control planes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable control plane architectures for fleet-wide automation.
• Develop Kubernetes Operators and CRDs for lifecycle management.
• Optimize etcd and ensure strong state management across regions.
• Implement secure multi-tenant isolation at the API layer.
• Enable zero-downtime upgrades and multi-cluster federation.
• Collaborate with AI and Fabric teams to integrate GPU orchestration.
