Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Principal Integrations Architect to lead complex integration programs across Procurement, Sourcing, and AP Automation.

You will lead multi-region professional services engagements, perform architecture reviews, and enable delivery teams, partnering with customers, partners and product management to ensure successful implementations and ongoing value.

Travel and global collaboration are expected as part of delivering strategic Coupa integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Coupa experience (implementation/consulting).
• 15+ years in Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract ecosystems (consulting, SaaS, or in-house).
• Experience leading teams or global SaaS implementations.
• Strong client management with proven delivery of workshops and on-time go-lives.
• Deep understanding of Procurement + Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services projects with major global customers as the accountable design face.
• Drive enablement on business process expertise and consulting best practices across delivery teams.
• Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure quality across delivery teams.
• Develop standardized procedures, templates, and tools to improve delivery quality.
• Collaborate with documentation/product teams to share domain expertise and content.
• Foster and develop relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Develop and coach talent to ensure the right skills mix for customer success.
