Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support a new manufacturing site in Richmond, VA. The role will ensure CSMP adherence, provide SME guidance on HSE documents, and train project teams through safety orientation and risk management activities.

After construction, the position transitions to a site HSE operations role to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, field audits, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
• Experience with 29 CFR 1926 governing construction and capital projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support management of GFDs Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP).
• Serve as SME for HSE documents and standards.
• Coach project teams on CSMP compliance.
• Lead safety orientation and training aligned with standards.
